Why I can't buy items in shop

And my gold 27coins is lost. And when I use star buy it not effect and can't buy items

Pls help me

Hello, I have lost over 200 coins today because of unsuccessfull item bying. First it was long bow, secondly the sword in fire - can't remember the item's name. I have lost the coins and without the item. Those coins i would like to have back soon as possible as I paid for them. Thanke you...

is your shop menu ok now? we checked your id, nothing wrong with it!

we have problem with sharing rewards from time to time coz these social medias sometimes changed their protocols.
we will try to fix these problems in the next App Store version.
