I'm now in VIP 4. It contains free to redraw chest. But, i buy gold chest, then i open it. I don't want the item that draw. I want to redraw chest, but it shows 10 coins to redraw. It is not free. Why?

I play yellow turban rebellion hero mode. I defeat feng bo within 6 weeks. I got gold chest box. But i don't get any special drop as thunder spear, yellow turban set , and ...... . Moreover i open chest box. Then i draw first time , i don't like item. But i can't redraw as i am VIP 4. Why?

Redraw is for gold chests that you bought from the in game shop only. The special chests from hero difficulty missions are repeatable u can do it 100 times n get 100 chests so obviously the drop chance for that kind of item is extremely low otherwise why would people buy chests if they can get great gear from easy missions?

There is real problem with the Redraw function of VIP. This morning I bought 6 gold chests from the shop and opened them without any luck. The thing is the option for Redraw did not even show up. The only thing I could do was to Confirm.
Further more, as I remember, when I first got the VIP pack, there is always the icon of VIP 4 on the drawing table whenever I draw something, it disappeared too.

i bought gold chest. then draw it. i don't like the item. I want to redraw. But there is no button of redraw. I buy $29.99 coin 1800. I am VIP 4.

i think it needs online. i can redraw sometimes. but sometimes i can't.

Since I updated the game to the latest ver it's only possible to open chests online. So apparently it's not right for I don't see the Redraw option as I bought gold chests (even an option to redraw for a cost).

hi, we just released a patch for this "vip - redraw" problem (we added some logs to help locate the problem)
if anyone still have the same problem after patch the game, please try to get us a snapshot. (make sure you have a good internet connection when open chests)

As this post was brought from the dead by spam now I read it and I have a question. What is hero mode and how can I activate it? Is it the same thing with Elite mode?
