Help - No update after new installation

Hello!

I had to reset my IPad and install again.
Right now, only very old version v019.050508 is installed. It tells me that updates will start after restarting the app, but nothing is happening.

Player-Id 21217549

Game data was also not transferred fully. All the new items and cards which came with Red Cliff campaign are missing.

Please help!

Hi,What's your current game ID , is it the same with 21217549 ?

Yes, the new ID is also 21217549. I downloaded the old version and the Game could find the old data and import the account. But problem is, that no in-game updates are loaded and the game has a status from 2 or 3 years ago.

Then I downloaded the new version and tried to import the Account data there. But when I type in the game ID + Passcode + old coins, it tells me „Check-in error 24“.

With the old version, I also tried first to make a new character called „Test“ and check, if then updated are loaded. Unfortunately also not. It still tells me that updates have to be loaded and that I should quit the game, but after restarting nothing happens.

Hi ,please relogin and check it ,if nothing happans, please delete the game and reinstall it (try the new version)

Nope, unfortunately doesn’t update in old version.
So deleted the old version and installed the new version again. Unfortunately I cannot transfer the old account. It always tells me like mentioned above checking error 24.

Nope, unfortunately not working yet. It still tells me check-in error 24. :(
